About the Event: Dr. Rishi Singh Chhabra, Head – R&D (Bitumen Division), Moglix, joined NIT Rourkela as an expert speaker under a national training program by NRIDA, Government of India. He delivered a session on Field Applications of New Technologies in Rural Roads.
The session focused on practical implementation and on-ground challenges.
