I did my MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. Post my work experience at various companies, I was looking for challenging role at a high growth start-up so I joined Moglix in 2015 as the 1st member of the Enterprise Sales team as the Director of Enterprise Sales and Operations.
Building a team up from scratch we now have a 60-member team that takes care of New Business Development, Key Account Management, Operations, Plans inventory, liaising with tech-team etc. I like to work with a hands-on approach. Hence, at the end of every day I do a quick review with my team and once a week I step out with all the team heads to discuss the possible solutions to the challenges they are facing. Apart from this, I also make sure to keep myself updated with all B2B space solutions.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends or involved in some fitness activity.
